Once your order is dispatched, a tracking code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time. If you do not receive your tracking code within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us for assistance.

Deliveries are made to the address specified during checkout. Please ensure that all details are accurate to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery.
