Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the websites operated by BTX Ventures LLC, including the Al-Parfum stores, and of its internal applications. By using our websites you agree to them. Each store also publishes local-language terms of sale, returns and privacy; for purchases, the local terms of the store where you order prevail.

• Prices are shown in the local currency, include VAT where applicable and include delivery unless stated otherwise.
• After you place an order we contact you to confirm it before dispatch. An order becomes binding when it is confirmed.
• Payment is made in cash on delivery to our courier partner. We never ask for card details on our stores.
• We may cancel orders with incomplete or false details, or that appear fraudulent; you are never charged for a cancelled order.

Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason; refunds are made by bank transfer within 14 days. Goods are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity of the customer’s country (3 years in Portugal and Spain, 2 years in Poland). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Fragrance perception varies from person to person, and images are illustrative. All content on our websites — texts, images, logos and design — belongs to BTX Ventures LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

BTX Ventures Ads Reporting and our other internal applications are for the exclusive use of BTX Ventures LLC staff, are not offered to the public and access only accounts owned by BTX Ventures LLC. How they handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We are responsible for delivering products that conform to the order and to the law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for interruptions of the websites beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

For consumers in the European Union, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country or use the alternative dispute resolution bodies listed in the terms of sale of each store. Otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
